Real Estate Law:

• Helped a Peninsula family  create more than half a Million dollars  in Real Estate equity by assisting them in enforcing a Lease Option Agreement which the Landlord did not intend to honor 
• Successfully helped a family enforce an unsecured promissory note which was meant to be a promissory note secured by Real Property, and caused my clients to get paid off out of sale proceeds from the property
